Main event: solo, relay teams of two to five swimmers or family teams (parents with children)
Special event: 105 people swim from one to ten lengths each as a relay
Distance: 106 lengths = 10,600 yards = 9.7 km = 6 miles

Key Information:
SLSC members only.
No minimum-age restrictions.
The 105 lengths must be completed in one go.
Any stroke permitted.
Be aware: pool temperature will be cool at this time of year: approximately 14°C.
Swimming aids and wetsuits are only permitted for children under 14 years old.
There is a four hour time limit.

Special event entrants just turn up on the day from 1.45pm: first come, first swim.
