London’s oldest open water swimming clubs will battle it out for the Doug Smith Memorial Cup in the chilly waters of Tooting Bec Lido. The races are in each stroke in three age groups (under and over 40 years and over 60 years) and team relays.
Please let Charles know that you are willing to race (and which is your best stroke other than crawl, plus your age) and he will try and fit everyone in.
Please turn up by 9.30am, to be allocated your race - races start at 10am sharp.
